Bobcat Surprise!

Today after the soccer game, Grandpa took Audrey and me home with him to pick some stuff up.Â Mr Jason and his dad were finishing working on Grandpa’s driveway.

Grandpa asked Mr. Jason ifÂ I could ride in the bobcat, and Mr. Jason said why can’t he drive it?Â So he taught me how to drive a bobcat and I even got to drive it by myself back to Mr. Jason’s house.

It was lots and lots and lots and lots and a couple more lots of fun.Â Oh, I forgot to put another lot in.Â I WANT to do it again.

He likes to

give me –and everybody else– a hard time,

bring us pizza and he took me toÂ radio class.

He plays the Trumpet and the French Horn.

Soccer!

I am doingÂ Soccer, (more like learning Soccer) and it is lloootsss of fun. I have wanted to play for awhile.Â Daddy knows how to play Soccer–bare foot!Â Mama does not even play.

I have been passing to Adrian who throws it back 🙂 .

The hardest thing is staying with the ball.Â Last nightÂ was my first practice with shin guards.Â I had more fun last night because I was not afraid of getting kicked in the shin.

If you want to see me play my games are all on Saturdays.

Good Food

A couple days ago I made goooooood ( x 1000000000) food!

We call this Potato Samosas. Instead of meat they have potatoes. Maryam taught us how to make them, but I forgot their real name.

To make

Peel pototoes, cook and mash. Add salt and pepper to taste and a very finely diced onion. Maryam grated it all.
Cut wonton wrappers at a slant. Unless you want really big ones. See example below 🙂
Smear water over 1/2 of a wonton wrapper so it can seal. Make sure you hit at the edges!
Cover half the wonton wrapper with mashed potatoes.
Fold and seal the wonton wrapper
Deep fry until bubbly.
Cool
Eat them warm! (They don’t taste as good cold, but you can eat them cold.)
Deep fry some plain wrappers and add cinnamon sugar! They taste like elephant ears!
