Song to Annoy your Parents II

Daddy was listening to music and found this song.  I like it and I think it’s better than Grandma got Ran over By a Reindeer!

Daddy just heard one that I liked, the only part that I caught was “Ho Ho Ho and a bottle of rum, Santas gone to the Caribbean!”

I’m getting Nuttin’ for Christmas!

Broke my bat on Johnny’s head;
Somebody snitched on me.
I hid a frog in sister’s bed;
Somebody snitched on me.
I spilled some ink on Mommy’s rug;
I made Tommy eat a bug;
Bought some gum with a penny slug;
Somebody snitched on me.

CHORUS: Oh,
I’m gettin’ nuttin’ for Christmas
Mommy and Daddy are mad.
I’m gettin’ nuttin’ for Christmas
‘Cause I ain’t been nuttin’ but bad.

I won’t be seeing Santa Claus;
Somebody snitched on me.
He won’t come visit me because
Somebody snitched on me.
Next year I’ll be going straight;
Next year I’ll be good, just wait
I’d start now, but it’s too late;
Somebody snitched on me.
So you better be good whatever you do
‘Cause if you’re bad, I’m warning you,
You’ll get nuttin’ for Christmas.

two fun posts

Today IS  UNCLE   JOSH’s  BIRTHDAY.

I have a Story I know  you will love yesterday Daddy  and I   were  daring   each other  to see  who   could eat the most Tabasco Sauce.  I won by two or three spoonfuls, because Daddy put some dressing on it that looked exactly like hot sauce, only not so runny.  My reaction when I found out what was on the spoon was “gimme the real stuff!”

Happy Birthday Uncle Josh!

New Blog

Andrea has a blog now!  It is here.

She gets one because she is in first grade.  That is when Momma lets us have a blog.

Andrea is going to dictate to Momma what she wants written on her blog.  And I’m –whether I like it or not–will start writing more by myself.   :(   Momma says I have to write more by myself because I am getting older.

Andrea’s blog is not perfect yet, so you can watch it change!

This is what we found as my first blog!  We thought it used to say “Momma held a snake at Nature Nuts.”

The rest of the story is Andrea and I did not want to hold a snake and Momma told us if we held the snake, she would hold the snake.  Momma was thinking “ewww…disgusting”.  She did not think we would do it.  But we held them!

The snakes we held were born at the Naturalist Office and there were at least twelve.  Momma thinks there were 30 something.  Andrea’s snake kept trying to escape, quite the whippyier.  Momma got another one that was not quiet so fast.

Happy Birthday Great Grandma Bea!

She was born in 1918 and is osiemdziesiat dziewiec years old.

For those who don’t speak Polish, here is the translation in English!

A hundred years, a hundred years,
May she  live for us.
A hundred years, a hundred years,
May she live for us.
Once again, once again, may she live, live for us,
May she live for us!

I love you!

Kocham ciebie!

Dziekuje Matka for helping me.

(If you find any mistakes that I made, please help me correct them!  I want to learn as many languages as I can.  Momma helped me by looking these up!)

Now for the answer. I want to learn Latin, so that is why the Happy Birthday song is written in Latin. Momma helped me find it. I want to learn Latin because I want to understand the English words that started in Latin more and it will help me understand the Asterix books a little better.

Wedding

Cutting the Cake

Waiting…

Yesterday’s yesterday, (otherwise known as Saturday the 10th of May) Uncle Sam and Auntie Angelique got married!  We had a lot of lots of fun.

You get married when you know you will make a life long commitment to the other person.  God will help! Uncle Sam married Auntie Angelique because she is pretty, a Christian, and he loves her. LOTS!

First we played and talked and talked and talked and talked. We took pictures all over the place! Whenever we got to the right place, with the right camera, the right people, and the right lighting, the photographers took a lot of pictures.  So did Momma and Uncle Kai and a lot of others!

What I think of all these pictures!

Beautiful Flower GirlsMy sisters were the flower girls. They dropped fake flower petals behind the ring bearer. Then Uncle Sam and Auntie Angelique met inEating “rice” the front and got married.

As they were going into the McGuire mobile, we threw pieces of frosting. It was supposed to be rice. It is a tradition for weddings. If they get it in their hair, supposedly they have more kids. Momma and Daddy did not get any in their hair, and they had four kids! I hope they got lots in their hair, I want lots of cousins!

Dancing with brideMost everyone was eating the rice. Momma did not let me eat any but, everyone else did. Adrian ate some too, but Momma did not want him too.

Dancing with friends and cousins!Then they drove to the reception where we ate and danced and had lots and lots and lots of fun.

After it was over, we went home. We got there late. And when we got home…. zzzzzzzzzzz…. (I was tired!)

Congratulations Uncle Sam and Auntie Angelique!

Enjoy your Honeymoon trip!
