The Mail Must go Through!

I got a surprise today. It was a letter carried by the Hashknife Pony Express. Mamma sent me the letter. It was cool!!!!

On Monday my Scout group got a special delivery. It was a toy dump truck that was remote controlled. The den leader’s “Famous” quote of the night; “are you going to dump it all over the floor?” It dumped a package with everything in it on the floor.

The dump truck brought some Weblos craftsmen pins and my Bear badge! I did different things to earn it. We went to the zoo in Chicago, baked pancakes, discussed “junk foods”, and baked cookies. We did a law enforcement achievement. I took fingerprints and other things. I had to do twelve achievements out of 24.

Now I am working on arrow points. They are electives. So far I have earned one gold; but I don’t have it yet. I am working on the silvers now.

I am trying to earn the Cub Scout World Conservation Award. I have been working on it a long time! I have to finish this school year or start all over again with harder stuff! It gets harder each year! I wish I had known about it when I was a Tiger.

I am also working on belt loops. They are extra electives. I already have map and compass (and I want the pin for map and compass). I am working on the Geology pin. Maryam is helping me with the Heritage one and Language and culture pins. Daddy is helping me on the computer one.

Which is Santa’s favorite Reindeer?

My favorite is Prancer. We met her today at the Farmer’s Market. I liked her. I wished that I could have petted her more. It was fun! This is as big as she is going to get!

We are wearing our Santa’s hats because she might not like us because she is used to Santa and his elves. The hats make us look like elves Momma says. (But why was she not wearing one when we got a picture with her and Adrian?)

Adrian did not like her, so he isn’t in the picture.

They are taking care of Prancer a few days until Santa needs her. At least that is what Grandpa says!

Climbing Wall

Yesterday I went on a climbing wall and got to the top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was all jumpy win I got down. I also thought “yeah!”. I was so happy!

Daddy did too but not to the top.

Maryam tried

Andrea tried too.

Next year I am going to try to do the hard one!

Lost!

Today at 5:30 p.m. my daddy pulled my tooth out! When Daddy came home, he pulled out my tooth. It hurt a little bit. I not even cried. Daddy say it bleeding a little bit.

My tooth is for the tooth fairy. I don’t know who the tooth fairy is.

If you have two lost teeth at the same time, you get two half quarters? I don’t know. I want to know. Mommy said she never lost two teeth at the same time so “I don’t know, you should ask Daddy.” Daddy said “I don’t know”.

I’m glad Daddy pulled my tooth. I waited a long time. I can’t believe my tooth is pulled out!

Today we swim in the swimming pool too.
