Colour Run
We went on the colour run. It is a 5K run where there are places that people spray coloured powder at you. We started near the back, and ended near the front. It was not a timed race, but we ran a comfortable speed.
I ran with Audrey because Momma wanted us to run together. She knew Daddy would probably run slower with the stroller. When Audrey ran past some older teens one of them said “oh no! We better speed up, the little kids are passing us!”
Megan “ran”with Daddy. We had fun. This is what Megan thinks.
I ran with Daddy. I went in my stroller. I talked to Daddy. I told him “I love you”. They threw colour at me. I covered my face with glasses and a pink thing. I won because I was ahead of Daddy. I want to do it again another day.”

Snowman news
Humpty Dumpty has another big fall!
Humpty Dumpty was seriously injured as he attempted to fix a leak on the town hall’s roof.
Little Bo Peep was looking for her sheep and she saw what happened.
“So I looked up and saw Humpty Dumpty, but I didn’t think much as he always falls off of the wall. Then I saw the other snowman come up behind him.” We asked what happened next but she thought that he was helping Humpty and she rounded the corner and missed what happened next.
“The next thing I heard was Humpty Dumpty yelling so I ran back and saw the stranger going down the ladder and Humpty Dumpty on the ground.”
An amateur photographer was there (this one always seems to be around when this type of thing happens) and she was photographing the building for her website. She got photos of the attack.
The attacker is named Bob Snow. It is said that he is a cohort of Mr. C.T Dummy who is still at large. Both are very dangerous.
The King’s men say that they cannot put Humpty together again but he should be fine after a few months of hospitalization at the North Pole.

Answer
Uncle Sam was right. It is a Dragon fruit. Daddy was given the fruit by the guy he was working with. So he brought it, and declared it and everything you need to do if you are bringing fruit from one country to another, and they let him bring it home.
We ate ours Sunday. It tasted like kiwi that was not very strong flavored. Momma said it tasted like vanilla kiwi. It had the texture of a skinless grape. I would have liked it more if the flavor was stronger.

“Swinging”
I like swinging or spinning Megan in the air. She likes swinging and spinning lots.  She giggles and giggles and when I am done she says “Spin me more Marky pleeeeese.”
Mommy likes Megan’s hair flying and her smile so yesterday she took us outside for a photo shoot.

Mine
I have been trying to figure out how to put a video and a stop-motion together so I can make better videos. This is the one I have been working on for awhile and finally figured out yesterday. If you click on the link you should see it. Please let me know what you think about it.

Hat
Daddy got me a cowboy hat for a surprise. I’ve been trying to get Megan to wear it for some pictures and yesterday she finally did!  I’m also trying other pictures with it.

Archery
This week while Audrey and Adrian are doing nature camp, Andrea and I are doing Archery camp. We are having fun.
I have not learned much more then at Scout Camp yet but I learned why I could not hit the target! I am right handed, so at camp (a few years ago) I was taught to shoot right handed. I shot left handed today because I learned I am left eye dominate. It worked! I hit the target.
This week we will be learning the basics of archery like how to stand correctly and shooting the target. I think I will have a lot of fun!
Camp Photographer
I had volunteered to be photographer for camp last week. It was a camp for Junior Master Naturalists. I was wanting this camp for awhile because I was either too old or to young for all the camps. The lady in charge said that the reason she asked me to do it was that I had been wanting this class for awhile and that they took too long to set it up so I was too old for it.
The class was fun we went to lots of parks and learned about lots of stuff. The last day was more of a fun day and everyone got their caricature drawn.
